Rinkesh has advised numerous inbound and outbound funds on entry and exit strategies, providing guidance on direct tax and regulatory issues. He has supported clients through various investment and divestment transactions involving Indian securities and has offered counsel on investments in Infrastructure Trusts, domestic pooling vehicles, securitization trusts, and public market exits. He has deep experience in structuring investment vehicles from the perspective of domestic anti-abuse provisions and multilateral instruments. He has assisted clients in obtaining a wide range of regulatory approvals, including foreign investment approvals, registration as foreign venture capital investors, establishment of domestic funds, stockbroker registrations, and setting up of NBFCs, asset reconstruction companies, and entities issuing prepaid payment instruments.
