Louiza Sophocleous is a biomedical engineer with a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in applied mathematics and physics. An awarded science communicator and an invited speaker to entrepreneurial events and activities. In 2019, she co-founded The Mighty Kitchen, a leading food technology company specialising in sustainable, nutritious food and beverages, in an effort to use her skill set to positively impact the food system. As the Chief Technology Officer of TMK, she plays a pivotal role in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the food industry.
