George has been an angel investor for more than 14 years. In 2015 he co-founded VentureFriends (VF) an early stage seed – Series A fund with offices in Athens, London, Barcelona and Warsaw. Currently investing from VF4 in CEE, South / South East Europe and MENA. VF focuses on Proptech,B2C, Fintech, Energy tech and SaaS while its portfolio consists of >65 portfolio companies. Prior to VF, George spent 4 years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London doing Investment Banking. George holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
